Usage-based services are billed separately from your subscription. Published rates below include NSM’s 100% markup, a 2× multiplier on the applicable platform billing base.
Usage varies by service, destination, message length, call routing and AI model. Momentum Engine includes a $50 monthly usage allowance; charges above it are billed to your account.

AI usage rates
AI usage varies with tokens, model, interaction length and enabled features. Published AI usage rates reflect a 2× multiplier on the applicable platform usage cost. Phone, message or email delivery can be billed separately. Fixed-price AI subscriptions, if offered, are quoted separately.

How usage charges are calculated
This page provides estimated billing rates only. Actual rates may vary. Supplier rates may change without notice.
Messages may contain multiple billable segments. Calls may have multiple billable legs and are rounded according to provider rules. AI-generated messages can incur both generation and delivery charges.
Where wallet billing is configured, auto-recharge funds the wallet from the saved payment method when its balance falls below the configured threshold. Smart Adjustment, if enabled, can increase future recharge amounts. A top-up is not a second charge for the same usage.
